The International Student Exchange Program is a four-month academic mobility initiative jointly organized by Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB), Indonesia and Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), Malaysia. The program aims to provide students with an international learning experience by combining academic excellence, intercultural exchange, leadership development, and global networking in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Designed to support the internationalization strategies of both institutions, the program enables students to study abroad for one semester while earning academic credits that may be transferred to their home university, subject to institutional regulations. Participants will experience a different educational system, collaborate with international peers, and develop competencies essential for success in the global workforce.
Beyond classroom learning, the program encourages students to engage in cultural immersion activities, community engagement projects, industry visits, and professional networking opportunities. These experiences foster intercultural understanding, adaptability, communication skills, and global citizenship while strengthening academic collaboration between Indonesia and Malaysia.
The International Student Exchange Program reflects the shared commitment of UNPAB and UNIRAZAK to developing graduates who are academically competent, culturally aware, socially responsible, and globally competitive.
