Global Adjunct Professor 2025

About Program

The Adjunct Professor Program at Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (UNPAB) is an international academic collaboration initiative designed to strengthen global partnerships, enhance academic excellence, and foster impactful research through the participation of distinguished professors from leading universities worldwide.

The program provides an opportunity for international academics to contribute to UNPAB's teaching, research, and community of scholars through a structured three-week academic residency. During the residency, Adjunct Professors will mentor faculty members, deliver guest lectures, engage with undergraduate and postgraduate students, and collaborate on high-quality international research projects.

As part of UNPAB's commitment to becoming a globally recognized university, the program promotes interdisciplinary collaboration across various fields including Law, Management, Accounting, Economics, Agriculture, Engineering, Computer Science, and Islamic Education.

Participants are expected to establish sustainable academic partnerships that continue beyond the residency period through joint publications, collaborative research grants, curriculum development, student supervision, and future academic exchange programs.
